  • Have experience (professional and/or personal) in supporting people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Needs who may also find expressing emotions challenging or/and have criminal history

  • Understand what great support looks like?
  • Understand the importance of being part of a community
  • Want to be a part of social care transformation that supports individuals to live a fulfilled-life
