To become a Small Support Provider, you must be:
- Passionate about social care
- Concerned about vulnerable people not being in control of their own lives
- Have experience (professional and/or personal) in supporting people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Needs who may also find expressing emotions challenging or/and have criminal history
- Committed to human rights
- Understand what great support looks like?
- Understand the importance of being part of a community
- Want to be a part of social care transformation that supports individuals to live a fulfilled-life
