DoLS forms

Changes to the DoLS criteria have been made via the Supreme Court and took effect from 10:00am on the 2nd June 2026. The "Acid test" no longer applies when considering if a deprivation of a person's liberty is taking place or not. Please consider the Court's summary (see link below) before submitting a request
