- Come to your house to ask some questions about you and the areas of life where you are struggling
- Identify if you need special equipment to help – we may then be able to provide this, or we may demonstrate suitable equipment for you, and point you towards where you can buy what you need
- Offer training on day-to-day living skills such as cooking, getting around and communicating if you have a visual impairment
- Support you to get benefits advice
- Offer advice about applying for housing or interpreters
